I’m a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, Coach and a solo mum of three.
But before any of that, I was just someone trying to figure out why life kept feeling so hard — and how to make it different.
I lost both of my parents when I was young.
By sixteen, I’d already experienced more pain and abuse than most people face in a lifetime.
Later, I found myself in relationships marked by domestic and family violence.
I spent years repeating the same patterns — working harder, pushing further, doing everything I could to look like I had it together.
On the surface, I was achieving — driven, capable, successful.
Underneath, I was exhausted, disconnected and wondering why nothing ever really changed.
That’s what led me to coaching and NLP.
I didn’t just want to survive anymore. I wanted to feel different — safe in my body, clear in my mind and confident in who I was and how I showed up.
Through years of study and deep personal work, I found tools that helped me create real change from the inside out.
I didn’t just feel better — I started to think differently, parent with more confidence and build healthier relationships.
Now, I help others do the same.
My coaching combines evidence-based methods, lived experience and a trauma-informed approach that meets people where they are.
I work with everyday humans — parents, professionals, leaders and anyone ready to break old patterns and build something better.
