Ground and preserve is a personal growth program where you will become aware of the changes you require in your life and you will construct and cement new habits. As a member, you'll gain access to 12 sessions with a results coach, exclusive content, tools and resources, a workbook and a community of peers going through the exact same changes.
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access zooms for your weekly one on ones, before each session you will be sent your workbook via email or post prior to beginning depending on preference. This will grant you instant access to our community and exclusive content.
You can connect and interact with other members in the community in the facebook group. One of the most rewarding aspects of this program is the engaged community of achievers who will cheer you on every step of the way.
