Hi, I'm Junette (Jen),

Just a mixed-raced, small town girl from humble beginnings.

As a child I endured the loss of my parents.

I found myself alone, depressed and smothered in anxiety.

I never healed my heart breaks, my abandonment issues or felt worthy of love and belonging growing up.

Fast forward... eventually I'd find me and my children in a high risk Domestic Violent relationship that completely shattered our worlds.

What I realised the day I left is that 'meaning' means everything.

My ex's favorite line to keep me in a world of doubt, "What are you going to do with 3 kids alone", what he really meant by that is I needed him and I would have to tolerate what he had to offer. 

What I really needed was safety, protection and support.

Although I endured my fair share of adversity these moments have deepened my wisdom, intuition and helped me hone in on my ability to understand and empathise with others on a profound level.

A resilience and burning desire was ignited in me to be of service to others. I found myself become obsessed with learning what causes one person to search for solutions and another to see only problems.

I spend my time gathering as much knowledge to enhance my internal resources daily and to help those I can also become the best versions of themselves and to overcome any obstacles no matter their circumstances.

And there’s one guiding principle in everything I've learnt — the secret to living is giving.

Now as a Master Practitioner Life Coach, with a background in Psychology and Mental Health. 

I am exceptionally dedicated to empower others to find and become aligned with their true authentic self again, embrace the potentials within themselves and create purpose in life that sets them on fire from the inside out.
