When we help children believe in themselves, we shape the future.
Let’s explore how coaching can support your child’s emotional wellbeing and growth.
Whilst the outcomes for professional coaching vary widely based on the individual needs, preferences, beliefs, values and actions of the client, those participating in the Program can reasonably expect to achieve some or all of the following outcomes at the completion of the program:

Yes. Many children come to coaching because they’re experiencing negative self-talk, low confidence or emotional overwhelm. Coaching helps them develop tools to manage these feelings and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
The program is designed for children aged approximately 5 to 13 years old. Sessions are tailored to each child’s developmental stage, personality and needs.
Sessions are playful, creative and child-led. We use storytelling, drawing, movement and conversation to explore emotions and build skills. Each session is designed to feel safe, engaging and empowering.
We begin with a parent connection call to understand your child’s needs. While sessions are primarily with the child, parents receive updates and guidance to support their child’s growth between sessions.
This depends on your child’s goals and needs. Some children benefit from just a few sessions, while others enjoy ongoing support. We’ll co-create a plan that feels right for your family.
