Where The Rewrite Framework™ supports healing after the storm, the Re-Align Framework™ is built to catch the clouds before they form.
The Re-Align Program™ is a proactive, early-intervention framework designed to prevent the intergenerational impacts of family and domestic violence (FDV) by supporting young people—both boys and girls—to understand their worth, build emotional intelligence and develop healthy relational behaviours.
Grounded in trauma-informed practice and real-world lived experience, Re-Align creates space for education, self-awareness and social-emotional growth, laying a foundation for respectful relationships and empowered decision-making.
This program is currently being rolled out across a range of community organisations, schools, youth services and support agencies—working in partnership with frontline professionals, educators and wellbeing practitioners to help interrupt cycles of harm before they begin.
At its core, Re-Align is about giving young people the tools to:
Because prevention doesn’t start with crisis—it starts with realignment.
Understand what FDV is and what it looks like beyond physical violence
Spot the signs: coercion, control, gaslighting, economic abuse, spiritual abuse
Explore statistics, myths and power dynamics
In this phase, clients begin to explore trauma patterns, cultivate emotional literacy and are guided to grieve past experiences in a safe, supported environment.
Through self-assessments, timeline work and trauma education, they begin to understand what shaped their beliefs and behaviours — and what no longer serves them.
